Like Busses (Part2) Honda Civic 1.6 SE Executive Automatics

I bought my last affordable Honda Civic 1.6 SE Executive Automatic about six months ago and have been on the look-out for another one for stock. Then in two days two come along which will be here shortly. First up, a 2002 02 Plate car with 61500 miles and Full Honda Service History. Resurfacing

Back from a few days blog hiatus with some new stock just arrived that’s definitely worth a mention:

2004 04 Plate Renault Clio Dynamique 1.2 16V Hatchback with 14000 miles and one lady owner. In the must have Black Metallic, usual Dynamique Sportiness evident in alloys, subtle spoilers, leather steering wheel, sports seats and suspension settings. But all still only Group 3 insurance! £5995 and here next week.

2004 04 Plate Renault Clio Dynamique, but this time the sought after and sporty 1.5 litre dCi diesel with 100 BHP. This one’s in silver metallic and also has the climate control option and an electric sunroof (tbc) 36000 miles and offered at £6995. Here next week

On the more performance front a 2001 51 Plate Honda Civic Type R 2.0 VTEC. This one is finished in Satin Silver and has covered 58000 miles with two owners. Previously sold as a Honda Approved Used Car it’s a very well cared for example, in true Honda tradition as smooth as silk engine and mechanicals. It has that very Japanese interior fit and quality too. Full Honda service history with a service book bristling with stamps. Renaultsport Megane 225 2.0 Turbo Available

Due in the next few days this superb Renaultsport Megane 225 2.0 Turbo high performance hatchback. Finished in the lovely traditional Renaultsport colour of Artic Blue metallic this car also has the optional orange belts and seat stitching to compliment the exterior colour and add to it’s sporty appearance. Your own I-D

A very rare 2004 Renaultsport Clio 182 with both Cup Packs is due in this week. It’s finished in the special order Petrol Blue I-D Paint Scheme, no less than an £1150 option when the car was purchased by it’s one and only owner. It’s been a well loved and cared for car with full Renault service history. It’s covered 24000 miles and will be offered at £8995. Like all pearlescent paint schemes it changes with the weather! Here the metal in ‘metallic’ is replaced with glass to give it the so-called ‘flip’ colour from one to another, the schemes are generally to be found on TVRs but look fabulous on the 182 Cup with the signature Anthracite wheels and lowered suspension. Hot wheels indeed. Here’s a library picture, infortunately no photograph ever does justice to a pearlescent paint scheme, so you may have to come and see for yourself!

Busy week…

The week has flown by but not as fast as the car I picked up yesterday The car in question, a 2004 MINI Cooper S with an array of factory options but also an interesting power upgrade by GT Tuning from Blandford taking the output up to 210BHP. It's also been fitted with a Milltec Stainless Free-Flow exhaust which probably adds another 5BHP. MINIs are not cheap by comparison to alternatives, but once you get behind the wheel and put a few miles under your belt you realise that you're driving a premium product, and in this case a very fast one! The first owner kept a file of everything from original order to all the research on the tuning upgrades. There's also an array of photos of the Kenwood Hi-Fi as it was fitted to the car. There's even some top-up oil and a Pepper White touch-in pencil tucked away in a cubby hole in the boot. I've posted a picture of the car below and will add further more detailed description and pictures to the website over the weekend.

Also due in a couple of 55 Plate Renaultsport Clio 182 Trophys, both have travelled in the region of 7000 miles, both will be landed in the next few days.

Been and gone this week, a fabulous Renaultsport 225 Sport Hatch 3 dr in Black-Gold with Cup Pack (Anthracite Wheels / Upgrade Suspension) and Privacy Glass. It looked stunning. Also an interesting Megane Coupe-Cabriolet 1.9 dCi in Hessian Metallic but with a Green Full Leather interior. Fitted Comfort Pack, so Keyless Go, Electric Folding Mirrors and 6 CD Changer as well as 17" Nervasport Alloys. A very unusual colour combination for a Renault, more Aston Martin, but looked great.

 

Gremlins

Delivered a very nice BMW 318i SE Touring today and trained it back into West London to collect a Clio Trophy. The dealer had someone on the BMW before I even handed the keys over! Obviously being a Bank Holiday I'd like to advertise the Clio Hot-Wheels on my website but we have Gremlins. Hence no pictures here and an error message in lieu of a website right now. Hoping it will be fixed pronto.

The Renaultsport Clio Trophy is #306/500. One owner and 15500 mainly motorway miles, FSH serviced at 12000 by Renault, unmarked apart from one innocuous 8-10mm scratch on the nearside front alloy wheel. These are such fabulous cars to drive. Offered at £11995 will consider part-exchange as ever if it helps.

[Avant] Time Flies

Four days since my last post and seems like four hours. Many cars have been valued, offered, placed and even purchased for my own stock. Some examples include very high specification MINI Cooper, Cooper S and even a ONE Convertible with Full Leather, Air Conditioning and CD Upgrade already listed on allvehicles.co.uk used car pages Also a couple of lovely low mileage rare machines were offered and are due into stock:

2002 (52) Renault Avantime 3.0 V6 24V Automatic in the cool Iliad Blue with Silver. Full leather and Satelite Navigation. Described as clean throughout and only 25000 miles with two owners and Full Renault Service History. Featuring full glass panoramic sunroof and pillarless body, it's possible to have all the windows down and the roof open too. A real head turning car with very high standard specification.
